Paulson Making Amends?

The New York Times has offered two great close-ups of the foreclosure and housing crisis in two days, with this dispatch from Cleveland and this story about an auction of foreclosed homes that took place yesterday. And today the Wall Street Journal included a photo from the latter event on its cover, showing auctioneer Jeffrey James Johnson in midpirouette.

And then it hit us: Was this a “separated at birth” moment? Or has a certain former treasury secretary simply moved on to a new career, directly placing folks into new homes in a way he couldn’t when he held public office? See below and decide.
