Tomorrow, Jim Motavalli, who blogs at the New York Times' Wheels blog, and I will stage the second installment of the "Talking Gearheads" feature. Last time around, we discussed the future of the electric vehicle. This time, we’ll be making predictions about what the auto industry will look like in 2015.
