Mission Blog Roll: Accomplished

Folks, I’m long overdue for an update. Things have been busy around the LOLEconz ranch, as they always are. Basically, I’ve got big things in the bake, but I’m not ready to share what they are quite yet. I did, though, have a meeting with a book publisher today. Everything’s far from a done deal, obviously, but LOLEconz may be coming to a coffee table near you sometime soon. More details to come. Or, as they say in the magazine industry, “Details TK.” (Obviously, if you’re a book publisher/editor who wants a piece of the action, contact me and we’ll wine and dine.)

But the big news, friends, is that we’ve been blog rolled! I totally missed this in the hubbub of last week, but my public plea actually netted some returns. The awesome, indispensible, must-see LOLCats.tv has listed LOLEconz on their blog roll, and we’re right below I Can Has Cheezburger and LOLCats.com! This is really great news, since it’ll help spread the LOLEconz gospel to even more people. I know I owe LOLCats.tv a huge thank you, and you can help deliver it by clicking over to their site. I’ll be adding them to the blog roll, as well, obviously.

Nothing warms my heart more than a little Web 2.0 reciprocation. LOLCats.tv likes me, I like LOLCats.tv. Is there anything more inspirational than two fledgling lolcat enterprises giving a leg up to the other? I say no. And it’s just more proof to the kind of community lolcats creates on the web.
