Wal-Mart and Health Insurance

Wal-mart DOES offer health insurance for their employees. It sucks and is unaffordable for their "full-time" people. How about health insurance that is NOT employer-based? Given the way the economy is going, everyone's going to be on Medicaid in five years anyways. Let's just make it happen a little sooner.
