Airline workers who deal with baggage handle plenty of precious stuff every day. Every once and a while, they might be a bit too rough with a bag that should be labeled “fragile”—resulting in damaged property and angry customers. United Airlines is surely regretting that one of its latest victims is a musician who has decided to tell the whole YouTube world about how the airline mishandled his guitar.
